A blinking display is not automatically a bad keypad
A display that blinks or partly initializes means the electronics may not be booting cleanly. The keypad can be part of the symptom, but the service route must start with input energy and control-power stability.
If the DC link is missing, the display route is not valid yet. If the DC link is stable but +5 V, +24 V or the 10 V reference pulses under load, the next step is load isolation rather than a blind panel swap.

Evidence before repair or replacement
The useful evidence is not a single photo of a blinking display. Include input voltage, DC-link behavior, whether fans or relays attempt to start, the effect of removing external control wiring, keypad test results and the board label.
This lets a technician decide whether the case belongs to the auxiliary supply, control-board loads, keypad interface or compact-drive replacement route.
