Investigation sequence
Photograph panel state
Capture the current display, fault code, operating mode and visible status before pressing reset.
Record operating condition
Note whether the trip occurred at power-up, start, acceleration, deceleration, stop or high cabinet temperature.
Check control source
Document local/remote status, terminal start wiring, speed reference and direction command source.
Clear only after evidence capture
Reset under site procedure only after the hazard boundary is understood.
Submit structured request
Send nameplate, fault log, wiring photos and maintenance history so the record can be routed to a specific fault page.
Stop conditions
- Fault code not recorded
- Drive may restart unexpectedly
- Active overcurrent/ground fault remains
- Machine cannot be made safe

Fault reset is an evidence-management step, not a repair. The fault log should be captured before clearing so timing, repeated code patterns and operating conditions can be reconstructed.
Organizes reference voltage, analog input, digital input, relay output and auxiliary 24 V terminal evidence for start/stop, direction, speed-reference and external-fault issues.
Tracks dust, cooling fan, terminal tightness, capacitor appearance and control-board inspection evidence before a legacy drive is judged repairable or replacement-only.
