Scope of this technical record
Use this record when a PPCC case points to INT/AINT interface electronics, PBU branch routing or a specific inverter-module branch.
Do not move branch cabling or remove interface boards until the drive is safe and the original route has been photographed.
ACS800 INT / AINT / PBU evidence route
The evidence record keeps interface and module routes clear before parts sourcing.
ACS800 INT / AINT / PBU evidence record
Interface evidence must preserve position
Interface-board evidence is partly positional. A board label without its branch route may not be enough to decide which module or cable path was involved. Photograph the branch before any exchange.
The record should show the cabinet/module layout, the INT/AINT board label, PBU or branch routing, fibre/connector condition and whether a previous repair changed the original arrangement.
Branch record table
Use this table when preparing a repair, donor board or interface-route review.
INT / AINT / PBU record
| Item | Evidence | Risk if missing |
|---|---|---|
| Interface board label | INT/AINT photo | Wrong board family |
| Branch route | Cable/fibre position photo | Wrong physical target |
| Module identity | Suffix and module label | Unrelated module exchange |
| Connector condition | Dust, strain, latch, fibre end | Missed field-service fix |
| Prior repair | Changed board/cable history | Repeat-failure blind spot |

Technical basis and reference documents
This is an independent editorial technical reference. Original manufacturer documentation remains controlling for installation, repair and commissioning decisions.
OEM basis for ACS800 fault messages, PPCC LINK context and interface-related status evidence.
OEM basis for cabinet-drive hardware safety, RMIO/control-board and module arrangement context.
Public field-service discussion showing why fibre-link condition and control-power readiness can matter in PPCC diagnosis.
Linked circuit records
This path maps the inverter-interface side of a PPCC case, especially where INT/AINT interface electronics or a PBU branch route the fault to a specific inverter module.
The PPCC path connects the control side to inverter-interface electronics. Service evidence must keep control supply, PPCC medium, INT/AINT interface and PBU branch routing separate.
Turn this record into a qualified service request
A repair decision is much more reliable when the request includes the exact identity of the drive, the first fault evidence and the machine condition when the symptom appeared.
- Complete drive type code / MLFB or nameplate model
- Fault code, fault value and first event before reset
- When the event appears: power-up, enable, ramp, run, decel or stop
- Motor/cable connected or isolated during the symptom
- Visible board, option-card, module and connector identifiers
- Previous repair history, replacement parts and repeat-failure pattern
